Thank you for your interest in Target GI. There are two tools that will help you in the ordering process.
Please utilize the Optimal Specimen Requirement worksheet to help you identify the specimen types that you will need to send for your specific test. Click on the “Optimal Specimen Requirement” link on the left menu or the link below to print the pdf.
Please complete the Tumor Profiling Requisition when ordering your Target GI testing. Click on the “Tumor Profiling Requisition” link on the left menu bar or the link below to print the pdf and complete the form.
