Caris Diagnostics Announces Combination with Cohen Dermatopathology
Irving, TX - June 4, 2007: Caris Diagnostics, the leading provider of pathology services to outpatient GI physicians, today announced that it has consummated a merger with Cohen Dermatopathology, a leading provider of pathology services relating to dermatologic conditions in the New England marketplace.

Cohen Dermatopathology, founded in 1997, provides superior diagnostic services through its dedicated team of 50 employees, including its specialized pathologists who are board-certified in both Dermatopathology and Dermatology. The company receives pathology specimens from hundreds of physicians, including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, podiatrists, urologists and ophthalmologists, in ten states.
